Featherstone Rovers would like to remind supporters that the 2008 Away shirt will be available for purchase on Wednesday 16th January in the Clubhouse from 6pm - 8pm. Also on sale will be the 2008 Home Jersey and an even greater range of Training and Travel attire as worn by the playing and coaching staff during 2008. Why not come a long and enjoy a pint and watch the lads train, at around 8.30pm our first Live Bands of 2008 will then entertain you through to closing time!

 

IMPORTANT NEWS FOR SUPPORTERS USING THE CLUB CAR PARK DURING 2008.

Featherstone Rovers will be launching an offical Car Park Pass for use at all home Fixtures during 2008. The Car Park pass will be available from the Club Office (Excluding Match Days) at a price of £20 from Monday 29th January to Friday 29th February 2008. Individual match day parking prices will increase from the current £2 per vehicle to £3 per vehicle commencing with the visit of York City Knights Northern Rail fixture on February 10th. The £2 charge will remain in force for the January pre-season friendlies.

 

At the Wakefield Wildcats fixture on 27th January 2008 the Featherstone Lions U9's will provide our first Curtain Raiser of 2008. Due to kick-off around 1pm I'm sure they would appreciate some vocal support!

 

Season Ticket Sales have continued to give encouragement and with the knowledge of many renewals yet to be taken for 2008 the overall figure could reach 150% of that in 2007. New Season Ticket Holders account for almost 30% of current memberships which is fantastic for the future of the club with many Junior Members in this figure.

 

On Thursday 7th February we will play host to the Schools Yr7 & Yr 9 Finals, a tribute to the hard work put in by Kev Hobbs in the community and the club as a whole in accomodating Finals for the game at all levels. The first game will kick-off at 6pm and the second at 7.15pm. Why not come a long and help spot the future talent of the game!
